RECIPE OF THE WEEK
HUMMUS
For 6 people
1 can of chick peas washed and drained
4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsps of sesame tahini
1 fresh lemon squeezed
1 tsp salt
2 tbsps of water
3 tbsps of olive oil |

Put all ingredients in the food processor and run until completely smooth. While processing the hummus, stop the machine and mix with spatula for an even mix a couple of times.
When done, pour hummus in a medium size plate and smooth it. Sprinkle a bit of cumin and paprika, finally chop a handful of parsley and decorate plate.
