RECIPE OF THE WEEK

HAIGAGEN ABOUR 

8 cups chicken broth

2 cups egg noodles

2 teaspoons salt

2 eggs

4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice  

¼ cup of water 

Beat eggs, lemon juice and ¼ cup of water, set aside.

Bring chicken broth to a boil and add salt and noodles.

Take off stove and add tempered eggs.

Tempering egg mixture: Spoon 5-7 tablespoons of broth into egg mixture stirring or whisking continuously until mixture is hot. Then reverse the process and mix egg mixture into broth stirring continuously.
